Dan Webb

Dan is a fanatical all-round match angler with a flare for tackle.

The Northamptonshire based rod is a former England Youth International and Individual National Champion who has notched up match wins on commercials, rivers, canals, drains, larger lakes and reservoirs. Much of his career has been based around team fishing, where he has competed in 7 Winter League finals and more nationals that he can remember, for top teams such as Essex County, Trentmen and more recently, Preston Innovations Black Horse.

In recent years, Dan has focused more on feeder fishing, where he has qualified for Feedermasters twice and also the Feeder King final.

Dan first became involved in angling journalism in 2015 and has worked as Tackle Tester at Angling Times since April 2021.
