Dominic Garnett

Dom Garnett is a South West-based writer, guide and author of six books, including Amazon bestsellers Flyfishing For Coarse Fish, Fishing for Dummies and the collection of stories Crooked Lines. An avid all-rounder, he will turn his hand to most styles of fishing, whether that means coarse, sea or game. A self-confessed oddball, he enjoys match and predator fishing just as much as casting a fly or lure at anything that swims.

An Angling Times contributor since 2010, his Last Cast column has been a popular addition to the magazine from the outset, providing a warts and all account of Dom's highs, lows and random adventures. When not writing news, features and the column, he is also a qualified fly and coarse fishing coach who has made various TV and radio appearances, from _National Geographic'_s "King Fishers" series, to national radio via the BBC and TalkSport. You can catch more of his books, photography and blog at dgfishing.co.uk.
