Wychwood Game consultant Tom Finney landing three perch weighing over 4 pounds each during a recent outing. The impressive catch occurred while testing a new range of Wychwood Agitator lure rods, which are set to be released in 2025.
Despite a slow start to the day, Tom managed to connect with a series of large perch in a specific area of the reservoir. Using a 7'6" 10-30 gram fast actioned spinning rod rigged with a 9 cm shad, he successfully landed three perch weighing 4 lb 2 oz, 4 lb 6 oz, and 4 lb 2 oz, respectively.
