England's outfit was made up of Chloe Dodson-Shanks, Nikki Gordon, Ellen Beedham, Kayleigh Dowd, Penny Gidlow and Antonia Bevilacqua, with the team split into pairs to compete in three sections.
The result was on a knife edge for most of the weekend event, but a strong ending for the pairing of Ellen and Kayleigh helped England to glory.
England ended the tournament with 24 fish for 493lb 7oz and a four point total (two section wins and a second), with Scotland slotting into second thanks to 18 fish for 383lb and a five point total (a section win and two seconds).
Writing on her Facebook page after securing the victory, Kayleigh said: "What an end to a mega weekend competing in the Tri-Nations match at the brilliant Naseby Reservoir Carp Fishery.
"Ellen and I had a busy last night/morning with 10 fish up to 29lb 12oz to give us the all important section win and help England win gold.
"It's been a mega effort by the team with some brilliant performances and team work on display. Bring on the World Championships in Latvia!"
