NORFOLK angler Joe Campen got among some late-summer crucians, landing nine over 2lb 12oz, including five ‘threes’ topped by this 4lb 1oz new PB.
Visiting a southern stillwater, Joe fished a two-day session with a friend. The largest fish came on the second afternoon, and he used Method feeder tactics.
He says he knew the fish was in a ‘different class’ as soon as he hooked it, and admitted he was shaking with nerves by the time it hit the net!
