The hugely popular Preston Innovations Feeder Masters tournament has only been running for seven years but one man achieved the unthinkable at the weekend as he got his name on the trophy for the third time.

An immensely talented line-up headed for eagerly anticipated two-day final at the south west’s Tamar Lakes, with Darren Cox, Steve Ringer, Rob Wootton and Andy Power amongst the stars on show.

It's that man again! Lee Kerry certainly enjoys the Feeder Masters event.

An event that is decided on weight, it was Matt Wright that led the way at the conclusion of day one having bagged 37lb 14oz of roach, skimmers and perch from peg 36.

He had plenty of elite talent breathing down his neck though and day two turned out to be a real nail-biter.

Once the weights had been added up, it was England international Lee Kerry that was crowned champion with a total of 65lb 10oz. Every fish proved vital, with second placed Zak Williams on 63lb 4oz and third placed Michael Buchwalder on 62lb 9oz.

The victory secured a historic hat-trick for Lee, with his name also etched on to the trophy in 2019 and 2021.
