Nominations
With some stunning venues to choose from this year it has been hard to whittle them down. Here is a quick reminder of our nominees have had to help you choose your overall winner!
Drennan Lindholme Lakes
Another stellar year for the Lincolnshire fishery saw big weights and consistent form across all the pools. Owner Aaron Grantham continued to work tirelessly to provide value-for-money by creating several welcome initiatives including £5 day tickets during winter. The fishery also spent huge sums of money on solar panels to make on-site energy consumption more eco-friendly.
Furzton Lake
Situated in Milton Keynes, this huge stillwater experienced a true comeback year on the silverfish front. Roach had been hard to find in recent years, but the species are back with a bang – as was made clear when Michael Buchwalder won the three-day festival with over 100lb of them, with backing weights being equally eye-catching.
Hayfield Lakes
The Doncaster complex has been in top form in ‘24, with countless big-money match qualifiers staged here. Pleasure and match anglers continue to rave about just how unique the venue is, with its deep lakes and varied stocking providing visitors with something that they can’t find elsewhere.

Norton Disney
Winner of this category for the last two years running, the Lincolnshire-based venue has continued to go from strength to strength over the last year. In the last month alone the fishery record has fallen twice, most recently with the capture of Shoulders from Pettit’s Lake at 47lb 8oz.

Linear Fisheries
Consistently busy all-year-round, the famous Oxfordshire carp and coarse-fishing complex attracts anglers from all over the country. While the majority target the fishery’s impressive stock of big mirrors and commons, Linear also produced a British record-equalling roach of 4lb 3oz earlier this year!
